I guess I wasn’t paying attention to the Leopard previews earlier in the year, because OS X just blew my mind.
I was editing an e-mail message, and decided to idly click on Time Machine to see what it was doing. Instead of the Finder going into Time Machine mode, my e-mail went into time machine [...]

The temperature has suddenly dropped over the last couple of days. Yesterday evening it was 23 celsius as we sat on the restaurant patio.
A woman walked by, wearing a scarf.

Independent Institute article:
Newly released naval records prove that from November 17 to 25 the United States Navy intercepted eighty-three messages that Yamamoto sent to his carriers. Part of the November 25 message read: “…the task force, keeping its movements strictly secret and maintaining close guard against submarines and aircraft, shall advance into Hawaiian waters, and [...]

I didn’t drive until 2004. I relied on public transit to get everywhere. This meant that I thought nothing of walking for half an hour to get where I wanted to be, and then walking back afterwards. Especially if the bus didn’t turn up.
