Please create the following Java MIDP application for my phone:
When you run the application and take a picture of a barcode using the phone’s camera, it decodes the barcode, and adds the item to my Amazon wish list or some other Amazon list of my choice.
If Amazon doesn’t carry the item, it should add an “unrecognized item with UPC code xxxxx” item instead.
Thanks.
P.S. Please don’t try to patent it.

Wow. That’s brilliant. That should really, honestly, totally work. Do Want.
On an unrelated note: I can log in to openID using LJ, but not using touchytranny.com. Wordpress sends me to Blogger asking “Do you want to allow meta.ath0.com to identify you using OpenID?” and I say “yes” and then it sends me back to the login page and round and round, and nothing happens until I give up and put in the LJ URL.
Grumble.

Check cookies, toss cookies? Maybe an old ATH0 cookie for LJ is causing the problem.
