I have a bottle of Diet Vanilla Coke. I didn’t buy it; peapod.com included it in our order as a free sample.
I don’t drink Coke. Don’t like the stuff. But I’ve tried Vanilla Coke, and the added vanilla makes it bearable. I don’t drink diet drinks at all, though.
Nevertheless, I’m tempted to drink the bottle of Diet Vanilla Coke. Because I’m too cheap to let free food or drink go to waste.

Last time I shopped at Peapod, I did a search for everything described as “vegetarian”. It turned out that they had vegetarian alphabet soup. I couldn’t resist buying a can.
I just ate it. It’s a long time since I’ve eaten anything orthographic. I think I want some alphabetti spaghetti now.
No secret messages floated to the top.

HomeRuns made my life just that little bit more pleasant. I bought groceries from them all the time. Then they changed their web site so you couldn’t show fat or sodium content, and couldn’t sort the lists of items, so I switched to Peapod. Now they’ve gone bust. I wonder how many other customers their boneheaded redesign drove away?
